When You are Blindsided:
Focus on the cause
of the anxiety
(becomes a magnet)
OR
Focus on God
(when you take your focus off God,
you will be thrown off balance)
1. Recognize your dependency
upon God
2. Develop a strong prayer life
3. Have faith in God
4. Focus your attention upon God
and not the anxiety
