The Anchor Still Holds

Only when the storm rages

    do we realize the strength

        of  the anchor.

The Anchor Holds

   Sure, Steadfast, Our Hope

        Trust in Jesus

We have this hope as an anchor

  for  the soul, firm and secure. 

It enters the inner sanctuary 

  behind the curtain,   

    where Jesus, who went before us, 

        has entered on our behalf. 

                                      - Hebrews 6:19-20

Let us run with perseverance 

    the race marked out for us. 

Let us Fix Our Eyes On Jesus,

    the author and perfecter of our faith

                                      - Hebrews 12:2

You are there, in every season 

  of my soul
